Originally from California, Cy Henley brings a wealth of experience and passion to the Guthrie Brewing team. With years in the brewing industry, Cy has been a driving force behind several successful breweries before joining us. His dedication to the craft shows in every pint, blending technical expertise with creativity to produce beers that are both approachable and memorable.
When he's not brewing, you'll likely find Cy exploring the outdoors. He's an avid hiker and loves attending festivals—always with his loyal dog by his side. Whether it's on the trail, at a show, or in the brewhouse, Cy is all about great experiences shared with good company.
Meet Patrick Taylor - Our Pizza Wizard
From Oakland, California, Patrick Taylor brings creativity and flavor to every pie. A Gemini with eclectic tastes—think pepperoni or the weirdest combo you can order—he's as passionate about pizza as he is about fishing, music, video games with his kids, and tattoos.
Pat joined GBC for "the opportunity to showcase my art". Catch him in the kitchen, slinging dough and living by his motto: Rock and roll.
Meet Greylyn Machtolff - General Manager
Originally from Guthrie, Greylyn has been in the service industry her whole life—starting at her grandparents' restaurant, George's. Even before she realized it, she was learning the ins and outs of hospitality. Today, she focuses on creating exceptional restaurant experiences, overseeing staff training, curating events and ambiance, and crafting our signature craft cocktails.
When she isn't at work, Greylyn is chasing around her nieces and nephews. She says she started at GBC to make her loved ones proud and continue her grandparents' legacy.
Meet Lydia Wells - Front of House Manager
Originally from Washington, Lydia Wells keeps everything running smoothly at GBC. As the owner's daughter (but don't hold it against her), she oversees all things front of house—training staff, hiring, managing guest experiences, and coordinating private bookings. Currently juggling nursing school, Lydia is dedicated to helping her dad bring his dream to life.
When she's not at work, you'll find her playing on a coed softball team or hanging out with her dog, Ollie.
